1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EiraVeil website (the "Site") and purchasing products, including shorts, skirts, and tops, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or place any orders. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of EiraVeil.

2. User Agreement & Ordering

When placing an order on EiraVeil, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. EiraVeil reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to instances of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. By submitting an order, you authorize EiraVeil to charge the total amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, to your chosen payment method.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account-related information; however, as EiraVeil does not operate a user center, no registration or login is required to browse or purchase. All transactions are processed on a guest basis.

3. Product Descriptions & Pricing

EiraVeil strives to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free, complete, or current. Prices are subject to change without notice, and all prices are listed in the currency specified on the Site. In the event of a pricing error, EiraVeil reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EiraVeil, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. EiraVeil's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

EiraVeil is not responsible for any damages resulting from misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear of products. The Site and all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the EiraVeil Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, software, and the overall "look and feel," is the exclusive property of EiraVeil or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from EiraVeil.

Any unauthorized use of EiraVeil's intellectual property may result in legal action. The EiraVeil name, logo, and product designs are trademarks of EiraVeil and may not be used without express permission.

6. Refund Policy

EiraVeil is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange in accordance with the following terms:

  • Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or normal wear are not eligible.
  • Process: To initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item(s).
  • Refund Amount: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The refund will cover the product price, excluding original shipping charges. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Exceptions: Final sale items, personalized products, or items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for refund. EiraVeil reserves the right to deny refunds if the returned items do not meet the eligibility criteria.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
